Todd Moss is a Senior Fellow at the Center for Global Development. His work focuses on US-Africa relations and financial issues facing sub-Saharan Africa, including policies that affect private capital flows, debt, and aid. Todd's current research is on portfolio investment flows to low-income countries, the role of private corporations in development, and an assessment of private sector development strategies. He is also working on the economic crisis in Zimbabwe and leads the Center's work on Nigerian debt, the African Development Bank and the IDA-15 replenishment round.
