Tony manages CGD's on-line communications and media relations. He is interested in social networking technologies and message framing and creation in order to achieve positive social change. Prior to joining the Center Tony worked briefly in Corporate IT research and also completed an MA in International Communications from American University's School of International Service. Tony's master thesis examined online communities within migrant and diaspora populations and summarized best practices for achieving a successful community.

Tony completed his BA in Film and Media Arts from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He is currently collaborating with his wife on a live video art installation choreographed with modern dance movements.
